* Monday 12/13 - Wednesday 12/15: 9am - 6pm * We’re an e-commerce company for potted houseplants looking for a highly self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent time management skills to work with us on an as-needed basis. The Plant Packer is an integral part of our operation as they are responsible for preparing plants (our primary product!) for shipping. Responsibilities: - Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously clean, prune, and pack houseplants that are being sent out on a given fulfillment day. We have ambitious daily quotas that require speed and a strong sense of personal initiative. A keen design eye and great attention to detail are a must. Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and organization. - Excellent punctuality, attendance, and reliability. - Must be able to communicate well with co-workers and vendors, including in a small group setting. - Ability to navigate and operate in a fast-paced, physically active environment. - Ability to lift, bend, and stand for 6-8 hours a day - Ability to lift 25+ pounds Salary: $25.00/hour
