Low income disabled family in desperate need

We are a family of 4 disabled women and one manwe are a family of 5 living together in a two bedroom apartment that is not up to code has mold no fire extinguisher the cieling in restroom is falling in and has a huge whole in it and continues to grow the ac unit continues to freeze up the apartment is infested with roachs the sinks leak very noticeable breeze of air always flows through most windows theres constantly dirt nd insect s comming in to the apartment through the poor building structure we sometimes go without groceries hygine dog food most of our appointments are on smart phone through tela doc but we can afford one the living room and one bedroom hlavel tvlsl my self and my husband haven't had a tv in over 1 1/2 we have no curtains we need kitchen dishes 0and utensils and pots and pans cups sheets blankets just about everything any help would be amazing we are not 0asking for money but the items we are in desperate need of help relocating to pa safe secure healthy location tha0nk you and godbles0s
