5th Annual Bend of the River Christmas. Held Saturday, December 18th from 11-3pm at the Reuben D. Talasek Bend of the River. Temple Parks and Recreation presents the 5th Annual Bend of the River Christmas. Held Saturday, December 18th from 11-3 pm at the Reuben D. Talasek Bend of the River. Get your tickets early for this hometown holiday event featuring TWO snow slides, The Bubble Magician, barrel train rides, a snow party and more. Advance tickets are $5.00 per person. Tickets may also be purchased at the gate for $5.00. Children under two are free. There will be tons of activities from arts and crafts, face painting and cowboy Santa. All activities are included in the ticket price. All sales are final. No refunds. FAQs What can/can't we bring with us? • No outside food or beverages (including alcohol) Concessions will be available on site a can be purchased on your own. • Coolers of any kind • Glass containers of any kind • Pets (except service animals) • Drones or any other remote flying device What payment methods will be accepted? • Cash and Credit Card Only • Some food & retail vendors may not accept credit cards Is there a charge for parking? • No, there is no parking charge for our event. Once arrived, parking attendants will assist you with parking your vehicle. Is my registration/ticket transferable? • Purchasing a ticket for Bend of the River Christmas is the same as purchasing a ticket to a sporting or concert event. All sales are final. No refunds. What happens if it rains? • In the case of severe weather, event officials will work closely with police to ensure maximum safety. Canceled or delayed event occur during severe weather situations.
