American Yellow Parrotlet. He is about 3-4 years old. I handfed him when he was a baby. I tried to give him a female for company and to breed but they never liked him. He could talk a little, I don't know if he still talks, and I haven't handled him in a couple of years but he should tame down. I am giving up most of my birds. $80
