HB Staffing is assisting the County of San Diego Public Agencies with filling various positions on a temporary basis. Each assignment is no longer than 90 days in length. We are currently seeking (2) Stock Clerks for the Health and Human Services Department located in San Diego! The duties are: Receive supplies and equipment delivered from vendors or other persons; checks information listed on receipts/packing slips and compares with info listed on purchase orders/invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness of the quantity, price and other specifications of ordered items. Uses a pallet jack, dolly/hand truck or forklift to move varying quantities and sizes of items; places items in proper storage areas and pulls items for issuance. Issues items for delivery by preparing supplies for mailing, shipment or delivery. Monitors and updates the status of items and maintains departmental inventory control of items by performing physical inventories. Maintains or updates manual or automated records, files, ledgers, spreadsheets and other reports of items received and issued. Please submit your resume or respond to this ad with your interest!
