Hey everyone! I am seeking a roommate inn my 2 bedroom, 1 bath starting Dec. 11th. I live on historic Hyde St. Great location and views and within walking distance to a ton of great restaurants, bars, and Trader Joe's. The area is very safe and there's tons to do in the area. The apartment has excellent lighting and just got repainted. Rent is $1425 a person + PGE Pet friendly Free street parking so long as you get a sticker Roof access with views of the Golden Gate Bridge A little about me: I'm a 28 year-old Art Director at a local ad agency. I love movies, comics, and getting out to try new food in the area. I'm very clean and love to cook, so look forward to some homemade dinners. My office is hybrid so I often work from home but do head in sometimes for a change of workspace.
