new home for 4 year old terrier mix dog

We are looking to rehome our daughter's 4-year-old terrier mix doggie named Baby. She has moved and can not take him :( He is neutered, house-trained, up on his vaccinations, and great in a car. He has a very sweet disposition. He likes spending time with his person, is good on a leash, and loves long walks. It takes him a minute to warm up to strangers but he will if you are patient with him. Baby's ideal home would be: *No cats - he chases them. *No other dogs - he humps them, but we are working on this. *Space for him to play We are asking a small rehoming fee and would want to know that he is well cared for. He is about 20 pounds.
