QC Inspector-- Job Description Day Shift $15-$17 Night Shift $18-$19 We are searching for a QC Inspector to work closely with our production teams. This person would performs inspections, checks, and tests during the manufacture of products. Inspects materials, parts and products at different stages of production recording quality results. Examines thoroughly material goods on the production line, approving or rejecting an item based on customer specs. QC Inspection Duties and Responsibilities • Quality inspectors are responsible for assuring that manufactured items are made and assembled correctly. • Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; inputting data into quality database. • Works under immediate supervision: • Typically reports to a supervisor. • They also make sure that the products meet required standards and safety regulations. • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience. • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Other Requirements • Basic Math and computer Knowledge • Able to pick heavy objects (50 Lbs), • Capable of standing for long periods of time and inspect product. • During production process should be able to remove quickly product • Understand CADS (Blue Prints) and other technical documents.
