Tomales Bay Foods, home of the Cowgirl Creamery, is looking for some enthusiastic folks to help support our bustling Ecommerce department. These positions work with our Ecommerce Coordinator to process and fulfill shipments through the busy winter holiday season.  Weekend availability is an absolute must as we are headed into our busiest time of the year! What You'll Do: Assist with the efficient processing and fulfillment of Ecommerce shipments Set up and clean up packing stations for each day including box assembly and breakdown  Pack boxes with an assortment of items (cheese, crackers, pamphlets, etc.) Seal and label boxes for shipping  As needed, support our customer service efforts by assisting with phones and inputting orders What You Bring: An efficient, detail-oriented work style Great communication skills and enjoy working with a team Positive, can-do attitude and a flexible mindset Ability to work comfortably in a warehouse environment (variable temperatures)  Physical capabilities: Lift and carry up to 25 lbs. frequently and stand and work for up to 4 hrs at a time Perks & Pay: This is a temporary position lasting through the winter holiday season (end of December) We have 20-28 hours/week available beginning in mid/late October, with 40 hours/week available in the weeks leading up to Christmas Weekend availability is an absolute must during our busiest periods We have a welcoming, well-outfitted space for social distancing, and we offer plenty of coffee and snacks to keep you going All seasonal employees will be trained in our company's COVID-19 protocols
