The Property: This is a 4 story 37-unit apartment building in Nob Hill San Francisco. The 37 units consist of studio apartments, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. There is no parking on the property. Position Summary: This position is full-time and includes a studio apartment unit on the property. The on-site maintenance/property manager must have previous general maintenance experience, must have tools, must be able to lift 60 pounds from a standing position, must be energetic, must have strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills. The maintenance/property manager must take initiative to seek solutions to problems unique to the complex in a manner requiring minimal supervision from the management. ***** MUST SHOW PROOF OF FULL COVID-19 VACCINATION ***** Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Excellent written and oral communications a must. Must be dependable, reliable and a self-starter. Has experience working well with others and is self-motivated to complete tasks. Ideal candidate would be someone who has experience working in a multi-family apartment environment and is able to address and assist residents competently with their needs or requests. Job Requirements: Primary Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assists with leasing apartments, move-ins and move-outs as required by property's regulatory agreement. - Prepare Move-in/Move-out documents - Prepare and help track work orders for Maintenance. - Perform maintenance duties such as unclogging toilets and drains, fix plumbing leaks, paint, clean and maintain the common area hallways - Provide entry for residents locked out of their unit - Ensures all monthly rent is collected and serve notices of unpaid rent. - Prepare and distribute Lease Violation Notices for manager approval. - Order and maintain supplies. - Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
