And there is where our adventure begins..... Center Cork Wine is brought to you by former Bulldog basketball player, Demetrius Porter. His passion for wine developed while spending three seasons playing in France. Demetrius is now an AAU coach dedicated to helping dozens of local high school players in the Valley get college scholarships. Part of the profits of Center Cork will go toward getting those players to and from games. The Tip Off: Rosé wine is usually quite fruit-forward with notes of berries, cherries, melon, and citrus. 2018 Season Opener: Zinfandel with a candied fruitiness followed by spice and often a tobacco-like smoky finish. Cork Side: This blend delivers a soft,smooth and refreshing taste . The blend includes Merlot,Cabernet, Petite Sirah, Sangiovese. 2018 One & Done: A second blend offering of Merlot, Cabernet, Carignane and Alicante Bouschet. 2020 Crossover: A beautiful moscato, guaranteed to delight your palate.
