Any star trek fans?! I am currently fostering 2 cats named Nyota and Spock who needs a new home. Spock is a 13 year old orange/white male cat, possibly mixed with Maine coon because of his size. He is a very gentle, curious, and smart boy; and loves sitting by a sink full of water. He gets along with small and large dogs. Nyota is a 8 year old grey/white female cat. She is sweet, loving and will sit in your lap once she gets to know you. She likes her alone time and you can find her in your best hiding place. She enjoys watching TV and the outside, (but doesn't like going outside). She likes to play with rubber bands, her scratch post, and small toys. Will provide cat tree, bowls, toys, litter box, and food Backstory Nyota and Spock were originally living in Dallas, TX. However, earlier this year both cats have lost their previous owner to pancreatic cancer. The daughter is not able to keep them due to current living situation, but cares about finding a good home for them. A friend of a friend had reached out and wanted to have take in both; and so they made a journey to San Diego. Recently, the new owners realized owning two cats was more responsibility than anticipated as they have not owned cats before. I decided to foster the cats temporarily, but cannot keep them for too long. I am helping to find a permanent and loving home for them.
