Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist $19-$20 DOE Location: Temescal Canyon, CA Schedule: 7am to 4.30pm, Mon-Fri, very occasional Saturdays, Temp to Hire Job Description Reporting to the Service manager, the Parts Coordinator-Inventory Control Specialist acts as a liaison between customers and Sales to ensure the efficient rental and sale of equipment. Job Duties Processing parts orders for Customers, either by phone or in person.Invoicing of products, including service related work orders and Customer sales.Organizes product lines in parts container, monitors inventory levels.Material Handling, unload delivery trucks (UPS, Fedex etc.,) place parts received into inventory Install Decals on rental machines and reorder ignition key inventory when required.Machine Tags – make sure all machines are tagged before being rented out.Maintain checklist sheets in equipment folders. Requirements of This Position 3+ years parts ordering inventory and stocking experience.Forklift and or pallet jack Experience a big plus.Excellent verbal and written skills, PC skills, Word & Excel, Fedex or USP label processing Drug and Background Screen and Clean DMV record REQUIRED!
