Haul trailer from Ramona to Ranchita

Need someone with the right rig to move this trailer from a property in Ramona (pictured) to Ranchita. See photos for the trailer hardware for hookup. Trailer dimensions are 28' long x 8' wide. I've been told it needs a semi to haul. Tires don't look great, however, I think there may be spares that can be swapped out. Would love to retain tires when moved to new location. I have a day trip permit ready to go. What I'm looking for: - Someone to come by the property on Ranchita to assess drop off location.
