Childbirth Prep Class - Includes Book & App A prenatal class to prepare for labor & delivery. Price includes a seat for 1 support person to attend with you. Book and App included to watch videos and get printables. Topics include: 1. Third Trimester Warning Signs/Anatomy/How Will I Know I am In Labor? 2. Stages Of Labor 3. Natural Comfort Measures/ Birth Balls/Birth Plans/ Breathing & Relaxation 4. Interventions: Epidurals, Pain Med Options, Inductions, etc 5. C Sections 6. Postpartum There will be a 45 min break for lunch on your own - you can bring snacks if you like. Bottled water will be provided. All who take this class are invited to join the free postpartum parent support group at any time after they deliver. This is an in-person group class. Masks are NOT required. Wear one if you want to.
