He has used this technique by giving his tacit agreement to the killing of an American resident of a Saudi-Arabian origin, Jamal Khashoggi; the "INSIDE-JOB" contract on the life of incarcerated PEDOPHILE, Jeffrey Epstein &, the TENS of THOUSANDS of Americans whose lives he has PLAYED (TOYED~) & GAMBLED with, fallen victim to his LUNATICALLY-CHAOTIC CORONA-VIRUS-FIGHTING "policy" (or, LACK thereof. rather...!). HE HIMSELF, DOES NOT have to use any weapon! HE is the LETHAL weapon, HIMSELF & uses it to DELEGATE it to, DEPUTIZE & WEAPONIZE OTHERS (in his CRAZY, IGNORANT, VIOLENT, HEINOUS, LAW-BREAKING/CRIMINAL WHITE SUPREMACY, GOP/Republicon promoting & supporting MOBS; his "CHEER-LEADERS" for whom he is the Nazi FUHRER & FASCIST IL DUCE ALL in one...!).
