We are a family-owned business that is looking for a full-time warehouse manager to run the shipping and receiving of our high volume online ceramic home decor products which are sold on Amazon, Ebay, Etsy and our own website. We are looking for an effective hands-on Warehouse Manager to direct shipping, receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. *Proof of Covid vaccination required Responsibilities Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision Assist with daily shipping, receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations Maintain accurate inventory counts of merchandise Assist with the planning and layout of incoming inventory Train and supervise all seasonal, temporary and permanent warehouse associates Assist with the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse Opening and closing warehouse M-F Skills Proven work experience in a warehouse Experience with pallet shipping Ability to use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks Able to lift up to 50 pounds Forklift certified or forklift experience Experience working with multiple shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx and USPS Leadership skills and ability to manage staff Strong decision making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills High school diploma Reliable transportation Work Location: Simi Valley **$500 signing bonus at 6 month anniversary!!**
