One year old Doggy wants a loving home

This sweet cute dog wants to be petted all the time and loves playing. I found her in the rain a couple days ago but unfortunately I can’t keep her at my house. She’s really friendly but is a bit scared of all other animals. Cats, small dogs, big dogs. I bought her food a brush nail clip and bags. Please help me by finding her a good loving home.
