Lost: Full small black luggage. Nelson Rigg motorcycle tail bag

LOOKING FOR LOST LUGGAGE: I'm an idiot. Forgot to clip my motorcycle tail bag on when I left SLO earlier today, Oct 28, 2021 at around 2:30 PM. Please DM if you know where it is. I was traveling through SLO and stopped at TASTE! on Broad st. When leaving, I forgot to clip my tail bag and rode off. I went up through Broad st. and South st. and went on 101N for about 5 miles before realizing my mistake. I made a U-turn at Miossi Open space and started frantically looking for my luggage. I checked with the restaurant and left my number, and retraced my steps, but could not find it. The roads were extremely busy, so it is likely that someone picked it up. It is mostly clothes and other items in the luggage. Nothing worth much to anyone else but me. My keys and a Tile bluetooth tracker were also in the luggage. Tile takes a GPS coordinate every 15 minutes. The restaurant was the last location it recorded. There is nothing in the luggage with any contact information in the luggage (another mistake).
