There are as of 2019, 788 billionaires in the Unites States. The democrats are proposing to spend $3.5 trillion in one of their spending bills. If you confiscate 100% of the wealth of those 788 people. You would be short by $400 billion. Seems to me, it's not how much the billionaires have, but how much the government spends!
