Musician Friendly Housing in Napa?

Taking a shot in the dark here! I'm potentially looking for a new housing situation in, or close to, Napa that would be musician friendly. I'm an early 40-something single male that works in the live music industry and event production. I also play several instruments and produce. I've been out of the creative side of the game for some time and would like to relocate somewhere conducive to doing some woodshedding and writing, maybe some basic recording.
