'United Against Hate' Rally Planned In Los Gatos

LOS GATOS, CA — The town of Los Gatos will hold a United Against Hate rally on Nov. 14 that will begin at Fisher Middle School and end at the Civic Center. The rally will be held in partnership with local school districts and organizations, including several Jewish groups after Swastika graffiti was found in three locations in Los Gatos last month. The town is also dealing with contentious council meetings, where disruptive members of the public have twice interrupted in-person meetings in recent months and forced the council back to virtual meetings. "There is no place in Los Gatos for hate motivated conduct of any kind," Mayor Marico Sayoc said in a news release informing the public of the graffiti.
