I am seeking a Angel Investor to pay for prototyping and patent filing for a medical device in the Low Light Level Therapy sector using near infrared LEDs using pulsed and phase shifted red light > 650nm to treat cell oxidation decrease, this makes entanglement entropy function more efficiently.
