Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to provide fast and friendly service with tons of holiday cheer to our guests. Some tasks may include: managing traffic, scanning tickets, selling merchandise, helping troubled guests, communicating with internal team to manage the park, & miscellaneous tasks.
Duties and responsibilities:
Greet all guests as they enter and tour the park.
Direct traffic flow throughout the park including entrances and exits.
Proactively deal with guest concerns and assist as needed.
Assist in opening and closing the park.
Scan and sell tickets.
Communicate with a team.
Show up on time.
Have your own means of transportation.
Create a positive work environment.
Ideal Candidate:
Must be at least 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
Able to work flexible hours including weekdays, weekends and holidays.
Ability to multi-task.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Outgoing personality and holiday spirit.
High school diploma preferred.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
