Rock/Metal Band Looking for Rehearsal Space

Hi Everyone, I'm in a rock/metal band and we are looking for a rehearsal space where we can get loud on a regular basis. I'm open to any creative solutions like if you can rent office space or commercial units on a after work or regular basis. Optimally, would be nice to have a secure spot where we could leave our gear with out being worried that it might be stolen, even having video surveillance or other security measures would be helpful. Any leads or ideas appreciated esp if you have a band that found a quality solution. Willing to pay a reasonable monthly rental fee for that kind of set up. Thanks, Chad
