My friend is an older gay man who is in good health and spirits. He lives with his cat in a small apartment near Dolores Park. He is a retired college teacher, interested in literature, art, music, Buddhism, Scrabble, and conversation with bright, warm folks. He fell a few years ago and now walks with a cane, but tries to get out every day to walk for exercise. He'd enjoy a companion on his walk. He is usually cheerful and likes to encourage others. He used to talk a lot but now is learning to listen instead. I find him pleasant to be with.
