She weaves an eclectic mandala of healing modalities and life experience with her devotional Yoga to offer as an embodied prayer in motion to her students & clients. In 2009 a car accident brought her to the edge of life. To regain her mobility, she worked with the masterful Viniyoga therapist, Mirka Kraftsow. She owes the miracle of her full mobility to Viniyoga. Inspired to share this miracle , she attended the 500 hour teacher training while still on a cane. Michelle has completed over 2000 hours of training and mentorship with Mirka & many other gifted teachers, and has been teaching classes, workshops & offering private sessions since 2000. Briana’s Bio  Briana is a skilled dance facilitator with many years of experience in diverse movement modalities. She started her journey in studios with training in ballet, modern, jazz, hip hop and contemporary. She worked in a dance company where she  choreographed and collaborated with a group of thirteen dancers. She then became passionate about partner dancing through salsa and bachata. She also fully embraced more free forms of movement like ecstatic, blues fusion and beyond. Her lifelong deep connection to nature led her to connect her movement as a prayer to heal and open her heart beating to the rhythm of the heart of the earth.
