We are looking for a diligent, hard working, trustworthy and reliable individual to add as a part time/as needed member of our locally owned mold remediation team. Prior knowledge of mold remediation/asbestos abatement is a plus. We are primarily looking for someone with "handyman" skills that understands how to demo drywall, showers, cabinetry, etc. We will provide on the job and formal training to help the individual learn and improve their skills. We also provide all necessary personal protection equipment. If you are currently a handyman, opportunity for bidding the rebuild for client after demo is possible. The candidate/s must: - have a professional appearance - have a great attitude - be a team player - pay attention to detail and be willing to go the extra mile for families who need a solution to their mold problem - have reliable personal transportation - be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug test - be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds - be willing to make a full day's pay for a half day's work - be will and able to fit into a crawlspace or attic Starting pay will be $150 per job, which usually only lasts 4-6 hours.
