Description
Maintenance/ Porter wanted for a senior mobilehome community.
Job duties include but not limited to light maintenance, sweeping, pulling/ spraying for weeds, janitorial, and assisting office staff with delivery of notices to residents. In exchange, housing is provided and weekly pay.
Total hours each week include 36.5 hours of maintenance and 3.5 of open/ lock up of clubhouse. Must be available to lock up clubhouse daily at 9 pm, 7 days a week. Maintenance is Mon thru Fri only.
