MALIBU, CA — A traffic collision near the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway (State Route 1) and Carbon Beach Terrace is causing a major slowdown, according to the City of Malibu. The accident, which occurred around 10:10 a.m., blocked both eastbound lanes and has resulted in a complete standstill from Rambla Pacifico Street to just past Carbon Beach Terrace.
