Full Time Handyman Needed for Apartments in Mission TX

Hours will be between 30-40 per week, perhaps more when things are busy. Minimum of 30 hours is guaranteed. We need a handyman for help with 70 apartments. Core hours will be 11-5. Pay is negotiable based on skills. HVAC certification is a huge plus. Looking for a handyman that can do most of the following: Electrical: change outlets & switches, light fixtures, ceiling fans & hanging chandeliers Painting: paint apartments to get them ready to be rented. This includes sheetrock repair/replacement, painting walls, trim, and interior and exterior doors. Must provide their own brushes. Must clean-up daily and not leave paint exposed to dirt/debris or put brushes in cellophane for overnight. General: troubleshoot different problems that may arise. Help with general tidiness and cleanliness around the properties. Install blinds, doors, door knobs, peep holes, cabinet hardware, stoves, refrigerators, microwaves. Assist with Plumbing: unclog sinks, replace faucets, hook up dishwashers, washers and dryers, install garbage disposals, fix holes in pipes, replace water heaters, replace toilets, repair toilets, replace toilet seats, replace shut off valves and spigots. Must keep work areas & storage spaces tidy. Must have your own basic handyman tools (hammer, screwdrivers, screw gun, etc). We will provide specialty tools when they are necessary. You should be able to pass a background check.
