Nurture your spirit in the serenity of nature Join us as we untangle the week under the redwood trees! Our restorative yoga sound bath calms the entire nervous system leaving you tranquil in nature. While yoga asana loosens tension in the body, the singing bowls induce a meditative state that relaxes the mind. The result is a sacred mind body union. This healing session is a grounding experience that relieves feelings such as: • Anxiety • Dissociation • Scatterbrain • Sadness • Self doubt • Irritability An outdoor setting contributes to our connected vibration by offering natural tranquility with sight and sound. Together it provides a sacred healing that balances your mind body energy and integrates healing to feel well and live well. What to bring: Yoga mat Extra blanket or towel Water Blocks, bolsters, & straps (if owned) Blocks, bolsters, and straps are available to borrow. We ask that you bring your own if you have any so we can provide to those without them at the healing session. Sliding scale donations are available to attend! Session will begin at 9am. Tea is available before and after the restorative sound bath! Sponsored by the M.H.A. Natalia Rivera is a student of psychology at The Wright Institute. She studied at the Globe Sound Healing Center in Sausalito, CA and currently practices on patients at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco as a mental health intern.
