Join Blue Zones Project Monterey County and your community on National Take A Hike Day! Get some fresh air and meet new friends! Grab your walking shoes, and some water because on November 17, it’s National Take a Hike Day! This annual event gets you outside for scenery and exercise . It’s also a great way to get that heart pumping while you breathe in pristine air. Meet at the Blue Zones office and take a 30 min “urban hike” on the bike path during your lunchtime break.
