Mechanic to put 2006 Audi fender on Car

I need someone to take off the fender and put a brand new Fender. On the Audi 2006. I'm not sure of the make but if you're a mechanic you can help me figure it out. I'm willing to pay $250 to put it on the fender and take the other one off. Thank you.
