Alamo Truck Gear has an immediate opening at our San Antonio 281 Location. We are currently seeking: In Shop “Bolt On” Technician REQUIRED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is for a lift kit installer. Must be proficient at installing full suspension lift kits on all makes and models. This position will also install other accessories as needed. Install “bolt on” accessories (leveling kits, toolboxes, bumpers, lights, intake, ect.) Must own full set of hand/air tools and know how to use them. Must be customer service oriented Uphold standards for quality control & customer service. Ability to follow direction and perform assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner.  Willing to work as part of a team, self-motivated Must have driving knowledge to operate vehicle in a safe manner Must be able to operate truck with small trailers EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  Min 1 year experience, must be proficient in suspension installation, front end work [balljoints, steering, etc], wiring... Bi-lingual a plus, must be able to speak and understand English PHYSICAL DEMANDS:  The employee must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.  Qualified driver candidates must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening. Clean driving record, no felonies. Must have reliable daily transportation to work.
