URGENT NEED Tube feeding help for kitten 3wks

My 3 1/2 week old kitten is severely mouth breathing. I called all my vets (including my ER one) Marqueen, Loomis Basin, and ones they recommended, Mueller, Vista and more!!! NONE could see him. He cannot eat obviously. He is fighting for his life! He has been breathing labored like a fish out of water all day. JUST thought about coming online as my sister was taught as she volunteers and feeds bottle babies for Santa Clara county and was taught to use feeding tubes incase necessary, but she just had a stroke... Can anyone help me...either do, or teach me... I will Happily help any other person needing this help.... Trying to get a vet right now is INSANE... I have 4 vets (locations)....(No Balance) and had to being my cat to a new month about 4 months ago....but they could not see ER's today (Yesterday now). PLEASE HELP if you can.... I can give shots (trained by a vet, just about any animal Sub-Q) and intra-muscular....even have a turtle... if anyone needs help. If you can help me with tube feeding please call me literally ANYtime, any HOUR, and ASAP... I am willing to pay, but will help anyone I can as well. 916. six six 3.9o3Nine (This IS a LAN line.
