Corian and Acrylic Material Cutting Handyman Wanted

I have 10 sheets of Corian countertop material, most of it 1/2" thick (one sheet 1/4"), and several acrylic sheet scraps (between 1/2" and 3/4" thick) that need to be cut up. I am an artist, and want to use the Corian as a material to carve, but I live in quite a small space, and do not have a table or circular or tile saw to cut the larger sheets down into strips or smaller squares I can actually work with smaller tools (rotary, hand saws, files, etc). Additionally, I need four small rectangular 'windows' cut out of the acrylic material. Ideally, the Corian would be cut into strips between 1 1/2" and 3" wide, but if it is an unreasonable number of cuts/time, anything that chops it down to dimensions per piece under 12"x12" will do. The acrylic needs to be cut along marked lines to cut the rectangular windows out of irregular pieces. If you have the tools and any experience cutting this material, and a place to do it, as I have nowhere in my apartment complex to set anything up, I will come to you with the material, will travel some distance, but closer to Long Beach, the better. Price negotiable, but artist's budget! Compensation can include some of the material, if it's useful to you - I really have more than I need! Bear in mind all the material was kept in someone's backyard before I acquired it, and it all has scratches, some have dried adhesive on the surface, etc - but it can all be polished up. (Have done on a few pieces in the lot that were already small, it was only surface damage.) There is also more of the thick acrylic (they are rather narrow, irregular pieces) if desired. Sizes of the Corian sheets, most are varying beige shades, with a bit of grey material: Piece 1: 42x16.5 Piece 2: 27x23.5 Piece 3: 26.5x20 Piece 4: 30x9.5 ( with small corner cut) Piece 5: 24.5x12 Piece 6: 25x12 (small edge cut) Piece 7: 30x11 Piece 8: 32x20.5 Piece 9: 20.25x7.5 Piece 10: (1/4") 15x10 These have been living in my trunk for ages and I want to be able to work with the material.
