Docent provides convenient and affordable access to true dermatologic expertise and personalized, prescription therapy that is shipped directly to your doorstep. *** Although we are an eCommerce company, we will be staffing a kiosk in the Westfield Valley Fair mall. we are searching for a Sales Associate to support this pilot; their primary role will be to generate leads and sales in person. Candidates will have a keen understanding about aging skin, acne, hyperpigmentation and rosacea with knowledge of the primary causes and top pharmaceutical solutions. This position requires the ability to sell dermatological skin care services, and knowledge about tretinoin, hydroquinone, niacinamide, azelaic acid, metronidazole, etc. We are looking for a driven individual who has the ability to quickly develop rapport with customers, explain the service we offer and entice them to sign up for the trial. *** 5 hour shifts available/part time *** Duties/Responsibilities: # Represent the company at all times in a professional manner # Adhere to sanitation standards # Present the brand to prospects, quickly explain who we are and what we do # Show before and after photos and highlight results # Help customers sign up for the trial # Potentially: Demonstrate products and provide samples Qualifications: # Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality # Able to effectively engage with customers  # Strong interpersonal and seasoned presenting skills # Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and organized # Able to work independently with little supervision # Ability to be on feet for longer periods of time
