Show me the specific part of the U.S. constitutio that states this. Every school in America requires each and every kid to have several vaccines. Then U.S. military requires every enlisted soldier to have certain vaccines. Vaccines are required to travel to certain countries. It violates labor laws to fire or terminate a person for not getting vaccinated, but it is perfectly legal to lay off non vaccinated employees until the pandemic is over. I told my 7 employees to go get vaccinated or stay home until further notice. They each got the vaccine e without hesitation. I rewarded each of them with a $200 bonus for doing the right thing. requiring vaccines is not different than requiring eye protection when people use machinery or hearing protection or a hard hat to increase worker safety. I refuse to have non vaccinated employees put my entire team in jeopardy. My employees;oyees respect me looking out for them more than they are offense by the ultimatum. Speed laws are imposed on all because of the behavior of an ignorant few. Motorcycle helmet laws are also implemented on behalf of the ignorant minority. Vaccine mandates are no different. I have the right to run MY company any way that I see fit. If one of my employees does not like the way I do things, they are welcome to discuss it with me or they are welcome to leave.
