The Taste Of The Bay with the best entertainment, the best seafood, the best soul food and over 100 exhibitors with fun and resources Welcome to the annual and exciting TASTE OF THE BAY SEAFOOD AND SOUL FESTIVAL happening downtown Oakland on October 16, 2021 from 11am-6pm. This huge day of family fun and entertainment will have two stages with major stars and bay Area legends. Stage one on 14th Street will feature the legendary Maxine Jones, from the all-time group EnVogue, performing all their sensational hits with her new group. She will be performing songs "Never Gonna Get It My Lovin," and more plus her new hits. This stage will also feature another legend in Suga-T "The Queen of Bay Area Hip Hop" from the E 40 Clique singing the hip hop classic "Sprinkle Me" and all her others hits that you don't want to miss. The Voice Of Oakland, Oakland Own Dee Dee Simon, the award-winning vocalist will entertain you to the most with her soulful sounds and hit songs. Other performers include Cherronda G, jazz vocalist Tracy Cruz, the Mickel London Showcase of Stars and more live entertainment! Plus there will be another stage in the Plaza with live bands, and a host of stars performing jazz, blues, a little hop hop, gospel, reggae and even zydeco! And with over 100 exhibitors so you can get information on jobs, health, homeownership, buying or selling a home, education, schools and resources this will be s great event for the entire family. Enjoy our Kid's Zone for all-day fun. Get your tickets today as this event will be securely gated and will sell-out. We will be in compliance with the CDC and Alameda County guidelines at the time. Mask may be required depending on the guidelines. If the event is postpone due to Covid 19 regulations your tickets will be good for the new date of the event.
