Cook your way through Spain and create a Paella for two. You will learn how to make traditional dishes from the Catalonia and Granada regions. As the scent of garlic and saffron fill our gourmet kitchen, guests will sip on Spanish wines while chopping, stirring and tasting the authentic ingredients that will fill their Paella pans. Guests will have a wide selection of ingredients to customize their pan such as chicken, shrimp, chorizo, and seasonal vegetables. This is a fully hands on class where guests will not only learn to make their own dishes with one of our chefs but they will also sit down to a delicious gourmet meal. Bring your curiosity and appetite and be ready for a fun evening in our beautiful kitchen and dining room.
