Description
Mature white Norwegian loves to work along with you and then take naps in the cool mud under the bushes in his yard. He is very talkative, gets along with all the other animals in the neighborhood, will come in to tattle when something is wrong, and will demand or at least request his share of ice cream, treats, or meats right along with the kids or other pets in his home. He had several tumors removed and extensive dental work earlier this year, a couple thousand dollars worth, knowing he would be looking for a new home right now we didn’t want his medical care to be a burden or something that would eliminate a really nice individual or family from being able to take him home. Normally he has a huge lion’s mane and thick layered hair; he had so much shaved it is still growing back and unfortunately patchy and thin. He comes with his own “bear”, a full-sized stuffed animal friend he has attacked since just a few weeks old, a squirrel, and some toiletries. He has absolutely been the best pet I’ve ever had, ever. He easily has at least another 5+ healthy years in him and he will go out of his way to woo you and make you love him as we have. He’s not exactly the cuddly type, tho at least once a day he will want luvvies from his mum or dad, during which you can just flip him upside down like a baby on your lap and for a few minutes give him scritches around his jaw and neck. He would love it if once per day at precisely 6pm you give him wet food (1/2 can of cat food with hot water added), tho it isn’t a necessary part of his nutrition nor of his day, just his favorite part if/when it does happen. I think he would adapt to any type of household and would do really great in a busy one and/or on a ranch; the home he came from before this one was much bigger and he patrolled every part of it to keep it safe. The only other thing to know is that as a white cat he does need an occasional bath, something he has been used to getting since he was 5 weeks only and teeny tiny; he complains loudly but is just as easy to bathe as a similarly-sized dog and it only takes a few minutes. So, if you have any interest in coming to meet him we would love to have you over. The house is going up for sale this week and so it’s absolutely crucial we find for him a new home ASAP. Message or call any time. Blessings and peace to you! ~Alayna and ChouChou (PS: he understands French!)
