Press release from the City of Mission Viejo: September 23, 2021 In honor of October's designation as Disability Awareness Month, the Mission Viejo Diversity + Inclusion Task Force is seeking nominations of businesses, organizations or individuals who provide exceptional services to people with disabilities for a special recognition. Established last year, the task force consists of local volunteers who work to promote diversity and inclusion within Mission Viejo.  Nominations for those who go above and beyond to provide outstanding services to folks with disabilities are due by noon on October 6.
