Gather with your high school friends for a celebration of 30 years since graduation! Friday, October 22, 3-6pm "Pep Rally" with pool/lakeside party including live music with Aragona, catering by Darwin Anderson and yard games, pool, party boat, billiards, indoor movies and more. 3-6pm at the Skousen Family home, 459 Virginia Drive, Winter Park, FL 32789 (ticket required) Friday, October 22, 7-9pm WPHS Football Game at Showalter Field - cheer on the Wildcats for Senior Night in our special 30th Reunion section at the stadium! 7-9pm, Showalter Field, 2525 Cady Way, Winter Park, FL 32792 (purchase your ticket(s) from gofan.co) Friday, October 22, 10pm - ? "Fifth Quarter" with music, darts, drinks and fun after the game, 10pm - ? at Fiddler's Green, 544 W Fairbanks Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789 (on your own) Saturday, October 23, 11am - 12pm Campus Tour at Winter Park High School - relive high school memories, 11am on Saturday, October 23 (optional, free) All reunion members are responsible for their own transportation to all events. Please follow mask and covid guidelines as required at each event, and according to your local requirements as well as own preferences and personal needs. Refund Policy: Refunds minus the ticketing processing fee will be available until 7 days before the event. No refunds after October 15. Waiver and Liability Statement By purchasing this ticket, I acknowledge and agree to the following waiver and liability statement: WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITYAs consideration for the right to participate in all events related to the October 22 and 23, 2021 Winter Park High School reunion, including but not limited to the October 22nd House Party, Football Game, and Pub Gathering, and the October 23rd Campus Tour (the "Events"), I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in the Events, and do hereby release and forever discharge Valerie Durham, Mark Skousen, Jo Ann Skousen, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, for any injury, including but not limited to illness, paralysis, death, damages, economical or emotional loss, that I, or anyone I bring to the Events, may suffer as a direct result of my or their participation in the aforementioned Events, including traveling to and from an event, related to the Events. I agree that my participation in the Events is voluntary, and I hereby warrant that I am physically fit and capable of participating in the Events without undue risk. Furthermore, I recognize there are certain inherent risks associated with participation in the Events, and I agree to assume any and all such risks and release Valerie Durham, Mark Skousen, Jo Ann Skousen and any of their affiliates from any and all claims of loss or damage that may arise during my participation. I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and anyone I bring with me to the Events. Such releases are without limitation and include attorneys’ fees, personal injury, property damage, and any other losses or damages I may suffer.I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENTS ENTIRELY AT MY OWN RISK. I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENTS, WHICH MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, INJURY, PAIN, SUFFERING, ILLNESS, DISFIGUREMENT, TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT DISABILITY (INCLUDING PARALYSIS), ECONOMIC OR EMOTIONAL LOSS, AND DEATH. I UNDERSTAND THAT THESE INJURIES OR OUTCOMES MAY ARISE FROM MY OWN OR OTHERS' NEGLIGENCE, CONDITIONS RELATED TO TRAVEL, OR THE CONDITION OF THE EVENTS’ LOCATION(S). NONETHELESS, I ASSUME ALL RELATED RISKS, BOTH KNOWN OR UNKNOWN TO ME, AND ANYONE I BRING TO THE EVENTS, RELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENTS, INCLUDING TRAVEL TO, FROM AND DURING THE EVENTS. I agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Valerie Durham, Mark Skousen, Jo Ann Skousen or their affiliates against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, loss, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me, anyone I bring to the Events, or anyone on my or their behalf, including attorney's fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by me, anyone I bring to the Events, or by anyone else acting on my or their behalf. If Valerie Durham, Mark Skousen, Jo Ann Skousen or their affiliates incurs any of these types of expenses, I agree to reimburse Valerie Durham, Mark Skousen, Jo Ann Skousen or their affiliates for such expenses. I also agree to indemnify Valerie Durham, Mark Skousen, Jo Ann Skousen or their affiliates for any loss or damage I cause to any property or location where the Events are held. I agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Valerie Durham, Mark Skousen, Jo Ann Skousen or their affiliates against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my guests use of or presence upon the facilities or locations of the Events. I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of Valerie Durham, Mark Skousen, Jo Ann Skousen or their affiliates or to any of the Events’ locations or facilities caused by any of my or my guest’s(s’) actions. In the event that any damage to equipment or facilities occurs as a result of my willful actions, neglect or recklessness, or the willful actions, neglect or recklessness of anyone I bring to the Events, I acknowledge and agree to be held liable for any and all costs associated with any such actions.I acknowledge that Valerie Durham, Mark Skousen, Jo Ann Skousen or their affiliates and their volunteers, representatives and agents are not responsible for errors, omissions, acts or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or events on behalf of Valerie Durham, Mark Skousen, Jo Ann Skousen or their affiliates.I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE EVENTS MAY CARRY WITH THEM THE POTENTIAL FOR SERIOUS INJURY, PROPERTY LOSS, OR EVEN DEATH. I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS "WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY" AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I EXPRESSLY AGREE TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE VALERIE DURHAM, MARK SKOUSEN, JO ANN SKOUSEN AND ALL OF THEIR AFFILIATES, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, AGENTS, ATTORNEYS, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, HEIRS, REPRESENTATIVES, PREDECESSORS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AND I AGREE TO VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP OR WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT I OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST VALERIE DURHAM, MARK SKOUSEN, JO ANN SKOUSEN FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.I understand and agree that Valerie Durham maintains the right to deny my participation in the Events if she deems that participation would risk loss or damage to any party.To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence on the part of Valerie Durham, Mark Skousen, Jo Ann Skousen their agents, volunteers, and employees.In the event that I should require medical care or treatment as a result of participation in the Events, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance. I agree that Valerie Durham, Mark Skousen, Jo Ann Skousen will not provide me with medical care or medical attention and that participation in the Events is totally voluntary and I participate at my own risk. If any provision of this Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, this instrument shall be construed as if such valid or unenforceable provision was not contained herein. I understand and agree that this Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement shall remain in full force and effect without modification and that participation in the Events is pursuant to the terms of this agreement. I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY AGREEING TO IT. I AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS HEREIN AND AM AGREEING TO THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT VOLUNTARILY.
