lockout share available for drummer / solo musician

Shared space available daily from 7pm - 1am I use the space during the day as a studio (for 15 years) but am always gone by 6:30pm. Looking for someone with minimal gear that would ideally use my house kit + their breakables (snare, cymbals etc) Shared with another drummer as well who is in about 2 times a month tops. Tons of availability easily scheduled via a shared google calendar. Looking to rent out as of oct 1st Txt is best
