Stucco work from wall to roof including flashings

I have a house that had a (permitted) room addition added incorrectly. Rain water runs down the stucco into that room. I researched and know what I want and need done. This involves removing a horizontal section of stucco (being careful not to damage the house wrap), adding a 6" piece of lumbar/blocking/backing material that is the same thickness or just less than the thickness of the stucco, "Z: bar flashing, weep metal edge, and roof flashing. Possibly additional house wrap if some gets damaged. I would like estimates and would prefer a licensed contractor experienced with this. Instructions and diagram included.
