INDIO, CA — A magnitude 3.2 earthquake was recorded near Joshua Tree Tuesday morning, but there were no reports of injuries or serious damage. The temblor was centered approximately 17 miles northeast of Indio at 4:15 a.m., according to the U.S. Geological Society. The quake was felt across the Coachella Valley, according to the USGS reporting map.
