Cat seen on offramp I-5 Southbound N. Weed exit

Description

White, short hair, some grey patch/spots. Seemed full grown 1+ year. Did not seem feral per se. How does this happen? Perhaps it strayed very far from the housing area to the West side of the freeway. It breaks my heart; I went the next AM with carrier and food to no avail. Please travel with your animals in a secure carrier.
