A low impact, full body workout that combines elements from fitness and tango dancing in a unique, fun, and effective class!
Each class starts with a warmup followed by a strength portion. All movements are standing, low impact, and still challenging and effective!
To finish the class dancing and smiling you will learn two tango inspired choreographies made up of simple sequences you can repeat and master.
You will receive motivation, support and cues to take the most out of the class!
