Where to donate individual bar soap and hand sanitizer

Hello, I have about 300 individually wrapped "Raw Sugar" brand soap bars and a few large bottles of hand sanitizer to give away. Wasn't sure if the shelters, schools, or someone else would accept or need, so hoping for some help on what to do with them. Thanks in advance.
